Mente newsletter terms and conditions

§ 1
[Postanowienia ogólne]

  1. These terms and conditions (the "Terms andConditions") set forth the terms and conditions for Mente's newsletter service (the "Newsletter Service").
  2. The service provider is Valor sp. z o.o. Rynek Główny 39/5 31-013 Kraków, NIP 6762634203, e-mail: witaj@centrummente.pl ("Mente").
  3. The service provider provides electronic services in accordance with the Regulations.

§ 2
[Usługa Newslettera]

  1. The Newsletter service is provided to a subscriber who has agreed to receive from Mente the materials referred to in paragraph 2 ("Subscriber"). 
  2. The Newsletter Service consists of directing to the Subscriber information materials, including materials concerning Mente's offerings ("Information Materials"). 
  3. Receipt of Information Materials by the Subscriber requires the Subscriber to have access to a properly configured e-mail along with access to the Internet and any Internet browser.
  4. The Newsletter service is provided free of charge.
  5. Information Materials are sent to the e-mail address provided by the Subscriber.
  6. The Newsletter Service Agreement is concluded as soon as the Subscriber agrees to send Information Materials.
  7. The Newsletter service is provided for an indefinite period of time. 
  8. The Newsletter Service Agreement may be terminated at any time by the Subscriber's withdrawal of consent to send Newsletter Materials. Immediately upon receipt of the notice of termination of the Newsletter Service Agreement, Mente shall cease to provide the Newsletter Service, confirming this fact to the Subscriber.
  9. The declaration of termination of the Newsletter Service agreement may be submitted by e-mail to witaj@centrummente.pl, in writing to the address: Dietla Street 50/8 31-039 Krakow or by clicking on the "cancel subscription" button available in the Information Material sent. 

§ 3
[Dane osobowe]

  1. Subscribers' personal data is processed by Mente as data controller. 
  2. Detailed provisions regarding the processing of personal data, including the purpose and scope of processing, are contained in the Privacy Policy (made available to Subscribers at the time of enrollment and located on the Mente website). 

§ 4
[Odpowiedzialność Mente]

For improper performance of the Newsletter Service, Mente shall be liable in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, including those set forth in the Civil Code.

§ 5
[Postępowanie reklamacyjne]

  1. The subscriber has the right to file a complaint regarding the electronically provided services referred to in these regulations. The complaint may be submitted in particular by e-mail to witaj@centrummente.pl or in writing to the address: Dietla Street 50/8 31-039 Krakow.
  2. Mente encourages the Subscriber to indicate in the complaint precise information regarding the subject of the complaint, including: the Subscriber's name, mailing address, e-mail address, indication of the factual circumstances justifying the complaint. Indication of the above data will speed up the process of complaint processing. Indication is only a recommendation and does not affect the effectiveness of the complaint submission.
  3. Mente will consider the complaint and respond to it no later than 14 days from the date of its receipt. If Mente fails to respond to the complaint within the specified period, it is deemed that Mente has recognized the complaint as justified.

§ 6
[Zmiana Regulaminu]

  1. Mente shall be entitled to amend these Terms and Conditions for reasons such as a change in the law, a change in the data collected, or a change in the Information Materials provided. 
  2. The amendment to the Regulations shall take effect on the date indicated by Mente, which in each case shall not be less than 7 days from the date the new Regulations are made available to the Subscriber. 
  3. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall not affect the rights and obligations of the parties arising prior to such amendment.
  4. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions are binding on the Subscriber if the Subscriber has not terminated the Newsletter Service agreement within 7 days from the date of notification of the amendments. The notice of termination may be submitted via e-mail to witaj@centrummente.pl, in writing to the address: Dietla Street 50/8 31-039 Krakow or by clicking on the "cancel subscription" button available in the Information Material sent.

§ 7
[Postanowienia końcowe]

  1. The content of the Terms and Conditions is available to each Subscriber in the form of a PDF file available on the Mente website.
  2. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in force and effect.
  3. Matters not covered by these Regulations shall be governed by generally applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular: Civil Code, Law on Provision of Electronic Services.
